We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item, and we have designed our return policy to make the process as straightforward as possible. You may return items within 15 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and include all original tags, labels, and packaging. Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return.
1) Contact our Customer Service team at email@example.com to initiate a return request. Please provide the following information:
· Order number
· Item(s) you wish to return.
· Reason for the return
2) You will receive a return authorization (RA) number along with instructions on how to complete the return process.
3) Package your item(s) securely in the original packaging or a similar protective package to prevent damage during transit. Be sure to include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation inside the package.
4) Affix the provided return authorization (RA) number on the outside of the package.
5) Ship the package to the address provided by email.
Please note that the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us is the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's processing time.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a refund, including any applicable shipping fees.
